Dear Mr DiCenso,
I thought I would take this opportunity to thank you for being so prompt in assisting us with our problem. Frankly, we had no idea as to how to resolve our railing concern. We never anticipated the consequence of putting in a new stone floor and the impact in terms of the overall floor height versus the existing railings. We were very concerned when we watched your crew take out our entire railing. Those concerns were not founded as we soon discovered. The new nosing and pickets were installed without any issue. The railings are perfect! I can't say enough about your installers. They are truly experts!  They not only did a wonderful job but also ensured that the job site was cleaned up every night. It not often that a recommendation works out this well. That said, I can assure you that I will recommend your company to anyone requiring similar services.

Patty had a concept and a specific look in mind and you meet it 100% while still staying with the legal requirements. The job was not a complex one but one that took time and care to make it look right. The crew turned up on time each day, made sure that they respected our home as if it was there's and they cleaned up on a continuous bases which is what a homeowner expects but is seldom achieved by others in the construction industry.
